Distilled in classic old-world style with imported, Scottish, peated barley, aged 4 years in new American oak, then cut with water from the Holy Cross Wilderness for a taste that is truly unique, this bold whisky presents what we like to call “an approachable” level of peat. It has surprised many into rethinking their relationship with peated whisky. You simple have to try it and experience it for yourself.

This particular release has a Parachute Adams fly tucked under the tin closure and ready to catch trout on our home waters.
