This hand-crafted blend of carefully curated Colorado single malt whiskies is distilled from 100% Barley then cut with water from the Holy Cross Mountain Wilderness for a taste that is truly unique. The youngest of the whiskies has aged three years, all in 53-gallon charred oak barrels at high-elevation in Colorado. Although this is 100% barley, it appeals to even the die-hard Bourbon drinker with familiar flavors from the charred, new oak cask. The words we hear again and again? “Ooh, that’s smooth!” This release has a BWO (Blue Wing Olive) fly tucked under the tin closure and ready to catch trout on our home waters.
