Colorado Single Malt Whisky

Most American Single Malts are aged, aligning with American tradition, in new American Oak. In contrast, our single malt whisky is aged in a refilled (also called second-fill) ex-Bourbon cask, just like they do in Scotland. The result is a more barley-forward, complex, light, whisky which is then cut with water from the Holy Cross Wilderness for a taste that is truly unique. Add a drop or two of water and notice how these flavors open up. This particular release has a PMD (Pale Morning Dun) fly tucked under the tin closure and ready to catch trout on our home waters.
